Quran 41:12 from Surah Fussilat on Divine Marvels.
فَقَضَىٰهُنَّ سَبۡعَ سَمَٰوَاتٖ فِي يَوۡمَيۡنِ وَأَوۡحَىٰ فِي كُلِّ سَمَآءٍ أَمۡرَهَاۚ وَزَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا بِمَصَٰبِيحَ وَحِفۡظٗاۚ ذَٰلِكَ تَقۡدِيرُ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡعَلِيمِ
English translation: Then He completed them (as) seven heavens in two periods and He revealed in each heaven its affair And We adorned the heaven the nearest with lamps and (to) guard That (is the) Decree (of) the All-Mighty the All-Knower
Transliteration: faqadahunna sab'a samawatin fi yawmayni wa-awha fi kulli samain amraha wazayyanna al-samaa al-dun'ya bimasabiha wahif'zan dhalika taqdiru al-'azizi al-'alimi
