Quran 41:11 from Surah Fussilat on Divine Marvels.
ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَهِيَ دُخَانٞ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلۡأَرۡضِ ٱئۡتِيَا طَوۡعًا أَوۡ كَرۡهٗا قَالَتَآ أَتَيۡنَا طَآئِعِينَ
English translation: Then He directed (Himself) towards the heaven while it (was) smoke and He said to it and to the earth Come both of you willingly or unwillingly They both said We come willingly
Transliteration: thumma is'tawa ila al-samai wahiya dukhanun faqala laha walil'ardi i'tiya taw'an aw karhan qalata atayna tai'ina
