Quran 35:2 from Surah Faatir on Divine Marvels.
مَّا يَفۡتَحِ ٱللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحۡمَةٖ فَلَا مُمۡسِكَ لَهَاۖ وَمَا يُمۡسِكۡ فَلَا مُرۡسِلَ لَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
English translation: What Allah grants Allah grants to mankind of Mercy then none (can) withhold it And what He withholds then none (can) release it thereafter thereafter And He (is) the All-Mighty the All-Wise
Transliteration: ma yaftahi al-lahu lilnnasi min rahmatin fala mum'sika laha wama yum'sik fala mur'sila lahu min ba'dihi wahuwa al-'azizu al-hakimu
