Quran 35:1 from Surah Faatir on Divine Marvels.
ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَاعِلِ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلًا أُوْلِيٓ أَجۡنِحَةٖ مَّثۡنَىٰ وَثُلَٰثَ وَرُبَٰعَۚ يَزِيدُ فِي ٱلۡخَلۡقِ مَا يَشَآءُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
English translation: All praises (be) to Allah Creator (of) the heavens and the earth (Who) makes the Angels messengers having wings having wings two or three or four He increases in the creation what He wills Indeed Allah (is) on every thing All-Powerful
Transliteration: al-hamdu lillahi fatiri al-samawati wal-ardi ja'ili al-malaikati rusulan uli ajnihatin mathna wathulatha waruba'a yazidu fi al-khalqi ma yashau inna al-laha ala kulli shayin qadirun
