Quran 22:4 from Surah Al-Hajj on Divine Marvels.
كُتِبَ عَلَيۡهِ أَنَّهُۥ مَن تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُۥ يُضِلُّهُۥ وَيَهۡدِيهِ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ
English translation: It has been decreed for him that he who befriends him then indeed he will misguide him and will guide him to (the) punishment (of) the Blaze
Transliteration: kutiba alayhi annahu man tawallahu fa-annahu yudilluhu wayahdihi ila adhabi al-sa'iri
