Quran 10:99 from Surah Yunus on Divine Marvels.
وَلَوۡ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لَأٓمَنَ مَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ كُلُّهُمۡ جَمِيعًاۚ أَفَأَنتَ تُكۡرِهُ ٱلنَّاسَ حَتَّىٰ يَكُونُواْ مُؤۡمِنِينَ
English translation: And if (had) willed your Lord surely (would) have believed who (are) in the earth all of them together Then will you compel the mankind until they become believers
Transliteration: walaw shaa rabbuka laamana man fi al-ardi kulluhum jami'an afa-anta tuk'rihu al-nasa hatta yakunu mu'minina
