Quran 10:100 from Surah Yunus on Divine Marvels.
وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفۡسٍ أَن تُؤۡمِنَ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَيَجۡعَلُ ٱلرِّجۡسَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ
English translation: And not is for a soul to believe except by (the) permission (of) Allah And He will place the wrath on those who (do) not use reason
Transliteration: wama kana linafsin an tu'mina illa bi-idh'ni al-lahi wayaj'alu al-rij'sa ala alladhina la ya'qiluna
