Quran 97:4 from Surah Al-Qadr on Divine Marvels.
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٖ
English translation: Descend the Angels and the Spirit therein by (the) permission (of) their Lord for every affair
Transliteration: tanazzalu al-malaikatu wal-ruhu fiha bi-idh'ni rabbihim min kulli amrin
