Quran 91:8 from Surah Ash-Shams on Divine Marvels.
فَأَلۡهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقۡوَىٰهَا
English translation: And He inspired it (to understand) what is wrong for it and what is right for it
Transliteration: fa-alhamaha fujuraha wataqwaha
