Quran 9:98 from Surah At-Tawba on Divine Marvels.
وَمِنَ ٱلۡأَعۡرَابِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ مَغۡرَمٗا وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ ٱلدَّوَآئِرَۚ عَلَيۡهِمۡ دَآئِرَةُ ٱلسَّوۡءِۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ
English translation: And among the bedouins (is he) who takes what he spends (as) a loss and he awaits for you the turns (of misfortune) Upon them (will be) the turn (of) the evil And Allah (is) All-Hearer All-Knower
Transliteration: wamina al-a'rabi man yattakhidhu ma yunfiqu maghraman wayatarabbasu bikumu al-dawaira alayhim dairatu al-sawi wal-lahu sami'un alimun
