Quran 9:93 from Surah At-Tawba on Divine Marvels.
۞إِنَّمَا ٱلسَّبِيلُ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُونَكَ وَهُمۡ أَغۡنِيَآءُۚ رَضُواْ بِأَن يَكُونُواْ مَعَ ٱلۡخَوَالِفِ وَطَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ
English translation: Only the way (blame) (is) on those who ask your permission while they (are) rich They (are) satisfied to be with those who stay behind and Allah sealed and Allah sealed [on] their hearts so they (do) not know
Transliteration: innama al-sabilu ala alladhina yastadhinunaka wahum aghniyau radu bi-an yakunu ma'a al-khawalifi wataba'a al-lahu ala qulubihim fahum la ya'lamuna
