Quran 9:91 from Surah At-Tawba on Divine Marvels.
لَّيۡسَ عَلَى ٱلضُّعَفَآءِ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلۡمَرۡضَىٰ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ مَا يُنفِقُونَ حَرَجٌ إِذَا نَصَحُواْ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۚ مَا عَلَى ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ مِن سَبِيلٖۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
English translation: Not on the weak and not on the sick and not on those who not they find what they (can) spend any blame if they (are) sincere to Allah and His Messenger Not (is) on the good-doers [of] any way (for blame) And Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful
Transliteration: laysa ala al-du'afai wala ala al-marda wala ala alladhina la yajiduna ma yunfiquna harajun idha nasahu lillahi warasulihi ma ala al-muh'sinina min sabilin wal-lahu ghafurun rahimun
