Quran 9:8 from Surah At-Tawba on Divine Marvels.
كَيۡفَ وَإِن يَظۡهَرُواْ عَلَيۡكُمۡ لَا يَرۡقُبُواْ فِيكُمۡ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ يُرۡضُونَكُم بِأَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَتَأۡبَىٰ قُلُوبُهُمۡ وَأَكۡثَرُهُمۡ فَٰسِقُونَ
English translation: How while, if they gain dominance over you they do not regard (the ties) they do not regard (the ties) with you (of) kinship and not covenant of protection They satisfy you with their mouths but refuse their hearts and most of them (are) defiantly disobedient
Transliteration: kayfa wa-in yazharu alaykum la yarqubu fikum illan wala dhimmatan yur'dunakum bi-afwahihim wataba qulubuhum wa-aktharuhum fasiquna
