Quran 9:54 from Surah At-Tawba on Divine Marvels.
وَمَا مَنَعَهُمۡ أَن تُقۡبَلَ مِنۡهُمۡ نَفَقَٰتُهُمۡ إِلَّآ أَنَّهُمۡ كَفَرُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَبِرَسُولِهِۦ وَلَا يَأۡتُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ إِلَّا وَهُمۡ كُسَالَىٰ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَ إِلَّا وَهُمۡ كَٰرِهُونَ
English translation: And not prevents them that is accepted from them their contributions except that they disbelieve in Allah and in His Messenger and not they come (to) the prayer except while they (are) lazy and not they spend except while they (are) unwilling
Transliteration: wama mana'ahum an tuq'bala min'hum nafaqatuhum illa annahum kafaru bil-lahi wabirasulihi wala yatuna al-salata illa wahum kusala wala yunfiquna illa wahum karihuna
