Quran 9:44 from Surah At-Tawba on Divine Marvels.
لَا يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ أَن يُجَٰهِدُواْ بِأَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ وَأَنفُسِهِمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
English translation: (Would) not ask your permission those who believe in Allah and the Day the Last that they strive with their wealth and their lives And Allah (is) All-Knower of the righteous
Transliteration: la yastadhinuka alladhina yu'minuna bil-lahi wal-yawmi al-akhiri an yujahidu bi-amwalihim wa-anfusihim wal-lahu alimun bil-mutaqina
