Quran 9:32 from Surah At-Tawba on Divine Marvels.
يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطۡفِـُٔواْ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَيَأۡبَى ٱللَّهُ إِلَّآ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُۥ وَلَوۡ كَرِهَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ
English translation: They want to extinguish (Allah's) light Allah's (light) with their mouths but Allah refuses but Allah refuses except to perfect His Light even if the disbelievers dislike (it) the disbelievers dislike (it)
Transliteration: yuriduna an yut'fiu nura al-lahi bi-afwahihim wayaba al-lahu illa an yutimma nurahu walaw kariha al-kafiruna
