Quran 9:19 from Surah At-Tawba on Divine Marvels.
۞أَجَعَلۡتُمۡ سِقَايَةَ ٱلۡحَآجِّ وَعِمَارَةَ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ كَمَنۡ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ وَجَٰهَدَ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ لَا يَسۡتَوُۥنَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
English translation: Do you make the providing of water (to) the pilgrims and (the) maintenance (of) Al-Masjid Al-Haraam (of) Al-Masjid Al-Haraam like (the one) who believes in Allah and the Day the Last and strives in (the) way (of) Allah They are not equal They are not equal near Allah And Allah (does) not guide the people the wrongdoers
Transliteration: aja'altum siqayata al-haji wa'imarata al-masjidi al-harami kaman amana bil-lahi wal-yawmi al-akhiri wajahada fi sabili al-lahi la yastawuna inda al-lahi wal-lahu la yahdi al-qawma al-zalimina
