Quran 9:106 from Surah At-Tawba on Divine Marvels.
وَءَاخَرُونَ مُرۡجَوۡنَ لِأَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِ إِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمۡ وَإِمَّا يَتُوبُ عَلَيۡهِمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٞ
English translation: And others deferred for the Command of Allah for the Command of Allah whether He will punish them or He will turn (in mercy) to them And Allah (is) All-Knower All-Wise
Transliteration: waakharuna mur'jawna li-amri al-lahi imma yu'adhibuhum wa-imma yatubu alayhim wal-lahu alimun hakimun
