Quran 9:10 from Surah At-Tawba on Divine Marvels.
لَا يَرۡقُبُونَ فِي مُؤۡمِنٍ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدُونَ
English translation: Not they respect (the ties) towards a believer (of) kinship and not covenant of protection And those [they] (are) the transgressors
Transliteration: la yarqubuna fi mu'minin illan wala dhimmatan wa-ulaika humu al-mu'taduna
