Quran 81:29 from Surah At-Takwir on Divine Marvels.
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
English translation: And not you will except that wills Allah Lord (of) the worlds
Transliteration: wama tashauna illa an yashaa al-lahu rabbu al-'alamina
