Quran 8:23 from Surah Al-Anfaal on Divine Marvels.
وَلَوۡ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِمۡ خَيۡرٗا لَّأَسۡمَعَهُمۡۖ وَلَوۡ أَسۡمَعَهُمۡ لَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ
English translation: And if (had) known Allah in them any good surely, He (would) have made them hear And if He had made them hear surely they would have turned away while they (were) averse
Transliteration: walaw alima al-lahu fihim khayran la-asma'ahum walaw asma'ahum latawallaw wahum mu'riduna
