Quran 78:38 from Surah An-Naba on Divine Marvels.
يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلرُّوحُ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ صَفّٗاۖ لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنۡ أَذِنَ لَهُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابٗا
English translation: (The) Day will stand the Spirit and the Angels (in) rows not they will speak except (one) who permits [for] him the Most Gracious and he (will) say (what is) correct
Transliteration: yawma yaqumu al-ruhu wal-malaikatu saffan la yatakallamuna illa man adhina lahu al-rahmanu waqala sawaban
