Quran 71:15 from Surah Nooh on Divine Marvels.
أَلَمۡ تَرَوۡاْ كَيۡفَ خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ سَبۡعَ سَمَٰوَٰتٖ طِبَاقٗا
English translation: Do not you see how did create Allah (the) seven heavens (in) layers
Transliteration: alam taraw kayfa khalaqa al-lahu sab'a samawatin tibaqan
