Quran 7:96 from Surah Al-A'raaf on Divine Marvels.
وَلَوۡ أَنَّ أَهۡلَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰٓ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱتَّقَوۡاْ لَفَتَحۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم بَرَكَٰتٖ مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَٰكِن كَذَّبُواْ فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ
English translation: And if [that] people (of) the cities (had) believed and feared Allah surely We (would have) opened upon them blessings from the heaven and the earth but they denied So We seized them for what they used to earn
Transliteration: walaw anna ahla al-qura amanu wa-ittaqaw lafatahna alayhim barakatin mina al-samai wal-ardi walakin kadhabu fa-akhadhnahum bima kanu yaksibuna
