Quran 7:57 from Surah Al-A'raaf on Divine Marvels.
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُرۡسِلُ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ بُشۡرَۢا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡ رَحۡمَتِهِۦۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَقَلَّتۡ سَحَابٗا ثِقَالٗا سُقۡنَٰهُ لِبَلَدٖ مَّيِّتٖ فَأَنزَلۡنَا بِهِ ٱلۡمَآءَ فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا بِهِۦ مِن كُلِّ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نُخۡرِجُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ
English translation: And He (is) the One Who sends the winds (as) glad tidings from before His Mercy until when they have carried clouds heavy We drive them to a land dead then We send down from it the water then We bring forth from it (of) all (kinds) (of) fruits Thus We will bring forth the dead so that you may take heed
Transliteration: wahuwa alladhi yur'silu al-riyaha bush'ran bayna yaday rahmatihi hatta idha aqallat sahaban thiqalan suq'nahu libaladin mayyitin fa-anzalna bihi al-maa fa-akhrajna bihi min kulli al-thamarati kadhalika nukh'riju al-mawta la'allakum tadhakkaruna
