Surah Al-A'raaf 7:198

وَإِن تَدۡعُوهُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡهُدَىٰ لَا يَسۡمَعُواْۖ وَتَرَىٰهُمۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيۡكَ وَهُمۡ لَا يُبۡصِرُونَ

English translation: And if you call them to the guidance not do they not And you see them looking at you but they not (do) they see

Transliteration: wa-in tad'uhum ila al-huda la yasma'u watarahum yanzuruna ilayka wahum la yub'siruna
