Quran 7:167 from Surah Al-A'raaf on Divine Marvels.
وَإِذۡ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكَ لَيَبۡعَثَنَّ عَلَيۡهِمۡ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ مَن يَسُومُهُمۡ سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِۗ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَسَرِيعُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَغَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
English translation: And when declared your Lord that He would surely send upon them till (the) Day (of) the Resurrection (those) who would afflict them (with) a grievous [the] punishment Indeed your Lord (is) surely swift (in) the retribution but indeed He (is) surely Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful
Transliteration: wa-idh ta-adhana rabbuka layab'athanna alayhim ila yawmi al-qiyamati man yasumuhum sua al-'adhabi inna rabbaka lasari'u al-'iqabi wa-innahu laghafurun rahimun
