Quran 67:19 from Surah Al-Mulk on Divine Marvels.
أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ إِلَى ٱلطَّيۡرِ فَوۡقَهُمۡ صَٰٓفَّٰتٖ وَيَقۡبِضۡنَۚ مَا يُمۡسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءِۭ بَصِيرٌ
English translation: Do not they see [to] the birds above them spreading (their wings) and folding Not holds them except the Most Gracious Indeed He (is) of every thing All-Seer
Transliteration: awalam yaraw ila al-tayri fawqahum saffatin wayaqbid'na ma yum'sikuhunna illa al-rahmanu innahu bikulli shayin basirun
