Quran 67:10 from Surah Al-Mulk on Divine Marvels.
وَقَالُواْ لَوۡ كُنَّا نَسۡمَعُ أَوۡ نَعۡقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِيٓ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ
English translation: And they will say If we had listened or reasoned not we (would) have been among (the) companions (of) the Blaze
Transliteration: waqalu law kunna nasma'u aw na'qilu ma kunna fi ashabi al-sa'iri
