Quran 65:2 from Surah At-Talaaq on Divine Marvels.
فَإِذَا بَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٖ وَأَشۡهِدُواْ ذَوَيۡ عَدۡلٖ مِّنكُمۡ وَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلشَّهَٰدَةَ لِلَّهِۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ يُوعَظُ بِهِۦ مَن كَانَ يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ مَخۡرَجٗا
English translation: Then when they have reached their term then retain them with kindness or part with them with kindness And take witness two men just among you and establish the testimony for Allah That is instructed with it whoever [is] believes in Allah and the Day the Last And whoever fears Allah He will make for him a way out
Transliteration: fa-idha balaghna ajalahunna fa-amsikuhunna bima'rufin aw fariquhunna bima'rufin wa-ashhidu dhaway adlin minkum wa-aqimu al-shahadata lillahi dhalikum yu'azu bihi man kana yu'minu bil-lahi wal-yawmi al-akhiri waman yattaqi al-laha yaj'al lahu makhrajan
