Quran 6:39 from Surah Al-An'aam on Divine Marvels.
وَٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا صُمّٞ وَبُكۡمٞ فِي ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِۗ مَن يَشَإِ ٱللَّهُ يُضۡلِلۡهُ وَمَن يَشَأۡ يَجۡعَلۡهُ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ
English translation: And those who rejected Our Verses (are) deaf and dumb in the darkness[es] Whoever wills Allah He lets him go astray and whoever He wills He places him on (the) way (the) straight
Transliteration: wa-alladhina kadhabu biayatina summun wabuk'mun fi al-zulumati man yasha-i al-lahu yud'lil'hu waman yasha yaj'alhu ala siratin mus'taqimin
