Quran 6:154 from Surah Al-An'aam on Divine Marvels.
ثُمَّ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ تَمَامًا عَلَى ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحۡسَنَ وَتَفۡصِيلٗا لِّكُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ لَّعَلَّهُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّهِمۡ يُؤۡمِنُونَ
English translation: Moreover We gave Musa the Book completing (Our Favor) on the one who did good and an explanation of every thing and a guidance and mercy so that they may in (the) meeting (with) their Lord believe
Transliteration: thumma atayna musa al-kitaba tamaman ala alladhi ahsana watafsilan likulli shayin wahudan warahmatan la'allahum biliqai rabbihim yu'minuna
