Quran 6:148 from Surah Al-An'aam on Divine Marvels.
سَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُواْ لَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَآ أَشۡرَكۡنَا وَلَآ ءَابَآؤُنَا وَلَا حَرَّمۡنَا مِن شَيۡءٖۚ كَذَٰلِكَ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ حَتَّىٰ ذَاقُواْ بَأۡسَنَاۗ قُلۡ هَلۡ عِندَكُم مِّنۡ عِلۡمٖ فَتُخۡرِجُوهُ لَنَآۖ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَإِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا تَخۡرُصُونَ
English translation: Will say those who associate partners (with Allah) If Had willed Allah not we (would) have associated partners (with Allah) and not our forefathers and not we (would) have forbidden [of] anything Likewise denied those who (were from) before them until they tasted Our wrath Say Is with you [of] any knowledge then produce it for us Not you follow except the assumption and not you (do) but guess
Transliteration: sayaqulu alladhina ashraku law shaa al-lahu ma ashrakna wala abauna wala harramna min shayin kadhalika kadhaba alladhina min qablihim hatta dhaqu basana qul hal indakum min il'min fatukh'rijuhu lana in tattabi'una illa al-zana wa-in antum illa takhrusuna
