Quran 59:3 from Surah Al-Hashr on Divine Marvels.
وَلَوۡلَآ أَن كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡجَلَآءَ لَعَذَّبَهُمۡ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ وَلَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ عَذَابُ ٱلنَّارِ
English translation: And if not [that] (had) decreed Allah for them the exile certainly He (would) have punished them in the world and for them in the Hereafter (is) a punishment (of) the Fire
Transliteration: walawla an kataba al-lahu alayhimu al-jalaa la'adhabahum fi al-dun'ya walahum fi al-akhirati adhabu al-nari
