Quran 58:4 from Surah Al-Mujaadila on Divine Marvels.
فَمَن لَّمۡ يَجِدۡ فَصِيَامُ شَهۡرَيۡنِ مُتَتَابِعَيۡنِ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يَتَمَآسَّاۖ فَمَن لَّمۡ يَسۡتَطِعۡ فَإِطۡعَامُ سِتِّينَ مِسۡكِينٗاۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِتُؤۡمِنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۚ وَتِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِۗ وَلِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
English translation: Then whoever (does) not find then fasting (for) two months consecutively before before [that] they both touch each other But (he) who not is able then (the) feeding (of) sixty needy one(s) That so that you may believe in Allah and His Messenger and these (are the) limits (of) Allah and for the disbelievers (is) a punishment painful
Transliteration: faman lam yajid fasiyamu shahrayni mutatabi'ayni min qabli an yatamassa faman lam yastati' fa-it'amu sittina mis'kinan dhalika litu'minu bil-lahi warasulihi watil'ka hududu al-lahi walil'kafirina adhabun alimun
