Quran 56:83 from Surah Al-Waaqia on Divine Marvels.
فَلَوۡلَآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلۡحُلۡقُومَ
English translation: Then why not when it reaches the throat
Transliteration: falawla idha balaghati al-hul'quma
