Quran 56:69 from Surah Al-Waaqia on Divine Marvels.
ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنزَلۡتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُزۡنِ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنزِلُونَ
English translation: Is it you who send it down from the rain clouds or We (are) the Ones to send
Transliteration: a-antum anzaltumuhu mina al-muz'ni am nahnu al-munziluna
