Quran 50:21 from Surah Qaaf on Divine Marvels.
وَجَآءَتۡ كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ مَّعَهَا سَآئِقٞ وَشَهِيدٞ
English translation: And will come every soul with it a driver and a witness
Transliteration: wajaat kullu nafsin ma'aha saiqun washahidun
