Quran 48:15 from Surah Al-Fath on Divine Marvels.
سَيَقُولُ ٱلۡمُخَلَّفُونَ إِذَا ٱنطَلَقۡتُمۡ إِلَىٰ مَغَانِمَ لِتَأۡخُذُوهَا ذَرُونَا نَتَّبِعۡكُمۡۖ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُبَدِّلُواْ كَلَٰمَ ٱللَّهِۚ قُل لَّن تَتَّبِعُونَا كَذَٰلِكُمۡ قَالَ ٱللَّهُ مِن قَبۡلُۖ فَسَيَقُولُونَ بَلۡ تَحۡسُدُونَنَاۚ بَلۡ كَانُواْ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا
English translation: Will say those who remained behind when you set forth towards (the) spoils of war to take it Allow us (to) follow you They wish to change (the) Words (of) Allah Say Never will you follow us Thus Allah said Allah said before before Then they will say Nay you envy us Nay they were not understanding except a little
Transliteration: sayaqulu al-mukhalafuna idha intalaqtum ila maghanima litakhudhuha dharuna nattabi'kum yuriduna an yubaddilu kalama al-lahi qul lan tattabi'una kadhalikum qala al-lahu min qablu fasayaquluna bal tahsudunana bal kanu la yafqahuna illa qalilan
