Quran 46:26 from Surah Al-Ahqaf on Divine Marvels.
وَلَقَدۡ مَكَّنَّٰهُمۡ فِيمَآ إِن مَّكَّنَّٰكُمۡ فِيهِ وَجَعَلۡنَا لَهُمۡ سَمۡعٗا وَأَبۡصَٰرٗا وَأَفۡـِٔدَةٗ فَمَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُمۡ سَمۡعُهُمۡ وَلَآ أَبۡصَٰرُهُمۡ وَلَآ أَفۡـِٔدَتُهُم مِّن شَيۡءٍ إِذۡ كَانُواْ يَجۡحَدُونَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
English translation: And certainly We had established them in what not We have established you in it and We made for them hearing and vision and hearts But not availed them their hearing and not their vision and not their hearts any thing when they were rejecting (the) Signs (of) Allah and enveloped them what they used (to) [at it] ridicule
Transliteration: walaqad makkannahum fima in makkannakum fihi waja'alna lahum sam'an wa-absaran wa-afidatan fama aghna anhum sam'uhum wala absaruhum wala afidatuhum min shayin idh kanu yajhaduna biayati al-lahi wahaqa bihim ma kanu bihi yastahziuna
