Quran 46:2 from Surah Al-Ahqaf on Divine Marvels.
تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ
English translation: (The) revelation (of) the Book (is) from Allah the All-Mighty the All-Wise
Transliteration: tanzilu al-kitabi mina al-lahi al-'azizi al-hakimi
