Quran 44:7 from Surah Ad-Dukhaan on Divine Marvels.
رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ
English translation: Lord (of) the heavens and the earth and whatever (is) between both of them if you would be certain
Transliteration: rabbi al-samawati wal-ardi wama baynahuma in kuntum muqinina
