Surah Az-Zukhruf 43:9

وَلَئِن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ خَلَقَهُنَّ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ

English translation: And if you ask them Who created the heavens and the earth They will surely say Has created them the All-Mighty the All-Knower

Transliteration: wala-in sa-altahum man khalaqa al-samawati wal-arda layaqulunna khalaqahunna al-'azizu al-'alimu
