Quran 43:31 from Surah Az-Zukhruf on Divine Marvels.
وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡقَرۡيَتَيۡنِ عَظِيمٍ
English translation: And they say Why not was sent down this the Quran to a man from the two towns great
Transliteration: waqalu lawla nuzzila hadha al-qur'anu ala rajulin mina al-qaryatayni azimin
