Quran 42:8 from Surah Ash-Shura on Divine Marvels.
وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَجَعَلَهُمۡ أُمَّةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗ وَلَٰكِن يُدۡخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِي رَحۡمَتِهِۦۚ وَٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ مَا لَهُم مِّن وَلِيّٖ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ
English translation: And if Allah willed Allah willed He could have made them a community one but He admits whom He wills in (to) His Mercy And the wrongdoers not for them any protector and not any helper
Transliteration: walaw shaa al-lahu laja'alahum ummatan wahidatan walakin yud'khilu man yashau fi rahmatihi wal-zalimuna ma lahum min waliyyin wala nasirin
