Quran 42:29 from Surah Ash-Shura on Divine Marvels.
وَمِنۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ خَلۡقُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَثَّ فِيهِمَا مِن دَآبَّةٖۚ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ جَمۡعِهِمۡ إِذَا يَشَآءُ قَدِيرٞ
English translation: And among His Signs (is the) creation (of) the heavens and the earth and whatever He has dispersed in both of them of (the) creatures And He (is) over their gathering when He wills All-Powerful
Transliteration: wamin ayatihi khalqu al-samawati wal-ardi wama batha fihima min dabbatin wahuwa ala jam'ihim idha yashau qadirun
