English translation: And if Allah extends Allah extends the provision for His slaves surely they would rebel in the earth but He sends down in (due) measure what He wills Indeed, He of His slaves (is) All-Aware All-Seer
Transliteration: walaw basata al-lahu al-riz'qa li'ibadihi labaghaw fi al-ardi walakin yunazzilu biqadarin ma yashau innahu bi'ibadihi khabirun basirun
