Quran 41:39 from Surah Fussilat on Divine Marvels.
وَمِنۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ أَنَّكَ تَرَى ٱلۡأَرۡضَ خَٰشِعَةٗ فَإِذَآ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهَا ٱلۡمَآءَ ٱهۡتَزَّتۡ وَرَبَتۡۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحۡيَاهَا لَمُحۡيِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ
English translation: And among His Signs (is) that you see the earth barren but when We send down upon it water it is stirred (to life) and grows Indeed the One Who gives it life (is) surely the Giver of life (to) the dead Indeed He (is) on every thing All-Powerful
Transliteration: wamin ayatihi annaka tara al-arda khashi'atan fa-idha anzalna alayha al-maa ih'tazzat warabat inna alladhi ahyaha lamuh'yi al-mawta innahu ala kulli shayin qadirun
