Quran 40:15 from Surah Ghafir on Divine Marvels.
رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ يُلۡقِي ٱلرُّوحَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوۡمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ
English translation: Possessor of the Highest Ranks Possessor of the Highest Ranks Owner of the Throne He places the inspiration by His Command upon whom He wills of His slaves to warn (of the) Day (of) the Meeting
Transliteration: rafi'u al-darajati dhu al-'arshi yul'qi al-ruha min amrihi ala man yashau min ibadihi liyundhira yawma al-talaqi
