English translation: Not (are) equal the ones who sit among the believers other than the ones (who are) [the] disabled and the ones who strive in (the) way (of) Allah with their wealth and their lives Preferred (has) Allah the ones who strive with their wealth and their lives to the ones who sit (in) rank And (to) all promised (has) Allah the best preferred (has) Allah the ones who strive over the ones who sit (with) a reward great
Transliteration: la yastawi al-qa'iduna mina al-mu'minina ghayru uli al-darari wal-mujahiduna fi sabili al-lahi bi-amwalihim wa-anfusihim faddala al-lahu al-mujahidina bi-amwalihim wa-anfusihim ala al-qa'idina darajatan wakullan wa'ada al-lahu al-hus'na wafaddala al-lahu al-mujahidina ala al-qa'idina ajran aziman
